PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT: CASE STUDIES
The Tightrope Walker Healthcare Setting Performances: SoFFt Productions provided production management for a special staging of The Tightrope Walker by Jenny Macdonald. SoFFt Productions oversaw the coordination and delivery of performances at both St James's Hospital and the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland.
SoFFt delivered the 2026 Royal Television Society Awards in partnership with RTÉ, providing full-scale production services across creative producing, design, production management, and logistics.
Sound of the Nation at Stripe Young Scientist & Technology Exhibition 2026: SoFFt provided concept development, spatial and lighting design, technical build, and full production management of this brand-new activation for RTÉ 2FM.
Alongside Tallaght Community Arts and Creative Places MacUilliam, Sofft Productions had the absolute pleasure to work on PROMENADE with the community of MacUilliam Estate.
For the 3rd year, SoFFt Productions co-produced, provided stage and lighting design and production managed the Kavanagh Weekend in Inniskeen, Monaghan.

At the 2025 Dublin Fringe Festival, SoFFt Productions were delighted to production manage and provide set design for Pea Dineen: Raising Her Voice as well as producing Roots in Every Room.
SoFFt Productions provided stage and lighting design and full production management for Conor Moore’s “Me, Myself and Them” tour this summer.
This September, SoFFt Productions worked alongside the Vanastival team to provide Production management support and supplied key marketing support for Vantastival’s final run at Beaulieu House & Gardens.

SoFFt Productions were delighted to collaborate on 2024’s Culture Crush event alongside Creative Skillnet, Furthr, Screen Ireland and Coimisiún na Meán. Culture Crush is an annual event that connects creative communities and artists in Ireland in order to network, share and celebrate at a critical time for our sector.
SoFFt covered pre and event production management for the Ireland Is Tour with Poetry Ireland. Designing a bespoke set, all technical production and hires, event technical management, stage management and tour logistical support for this busy tour in 2023. The 5 day tour travelled through Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick and Longford to sold out audiences.
