This September, SoFFt Productions "worked alongside the Vanastival team to provide Production management support and supplied key marketing support for Vantastival’s final run at Beaulieu House & Gardens. 

After a three-year break, we worked closely with the festival organisers to ensure the return was everything fans had hoped for with amazing Irish bands and artists at the forefront, campervan culture, family-friendly programming and more. 

On the marketing front we helped craft campaign messaging, stage announcements, visuals and outreach that emphasised the unique atmosphere of Vantastival; its independence, its community roots, and its mix of headline acts and rising Irish talent. 

Our production oversight ensured that operations and logistical support ran smoothly over the weekend, with staff assisting with volunteer and box office management and event management support. Audiences praised the friendliness, atmosphere and how Vantastival felt like a summer homecoming, and we are proud to have helped guide this iconic festival to a fitting send-off.
